Build
With the plan agreed, we begin the build. Our team works against the defined scope, progress stays visible, and any new requests are reviewed against the agreed goals before they affect scope, cost or timeline.

Release
Once the build is complete, we take it through to launch and support the transition into live use. You receive a working release, together with the documentation, guidance, and handover support needed for a strong start. The result is a finished product that your team can begin using with confidence from day one.

Guided support
Every Forge engagement includes 30 days of guided support, giving you continued access to the team as the work moves into real use. It is there to support adoption, answer early questions, and help your team get full value from the delivery from day one.

How it starts
We start with an initial Discovery Call to understand the history of the project, review its current state, and assess honestly whether a rescue is the right route. If it is, we move into a paid assessment phase, where we audit the code, work through the issues with you, and deliver a written assessment with clear options to finish, rebuild, or retire the project. If you decide to proceed, the assessment cost is credited towards the rescue work. If not, the assessment is yours to keep. From there, we stabilise and deliver the project against a fixed scope, with clear documentation and 30 days of post-launch support.
