Gnomic Limited (“Gnomic”, “we”, “us”) is a software studio registered in England and Wales under company number 15898888. Our registered office is in Winchester, UK. We act as a data controller for the personal data we collect through this website.
What data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
- Information you give us — name, email, company, phone number, and project details when you fill in our contact form, run Pathfinder, or request a callback.
- Information collected automatically — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referrer data via privacy-respecting analytics.

How we use it
We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, generate Pathfinder reports, deliver engagements you have agreed with us, improve the website, and meet our legal obligations. We will never sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without explicit consent.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries, contract performance for delivering work, and consent for cookies and marketing communications.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain records for as long as legally required (typically 6 years for accounting purposes). Pathfinder responses are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email hello@gnomic.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted processors — including hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics — under data processing agreements that meet UK GDPR requirements. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
